Job Description
A fast-growing national title company is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Closing Coordinator to manage commercial real estate closings from title clearance through funding and post-closing.
Work with attorneys, underwriters, lenders, and clients, draft and review closing statements and settlement documents, coordinate scheduling and documentation, ensure compliance, and handle post-closing follow-ups.
Prior experience with commercial title closings is essential.
