We're seeking a rock star Director of Development [pre-construction phase] with 5+ years of experience to oversee the full range of development processes, including engineering, architecture, and legal coordination. You'll play a key role in driving progress daily and bringing together all project components.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage entitlement/approval processes
2. Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants
3. Drive progress daily and bring together project components
4. Work closely with municipalities and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Director of Development or similar role
2. Proven experience in real estate development
3. Strong background in approvals, engineering, and architectural coordination
4. Suburban NYS / local development experience preferred
5. Highly organized, creative, hands-on, and solutions-driven
