Responsibilities

• Overseeing entitlement/approval processes
• Coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants
• Bringing together all project components and driving progress daily
• Working closely with municipalities and regulatory agencies

• 5+ years proven experience in real estate development
• Strong background in approvals, engineering, and architectural coordination
• Suburban NYS/local development experience preferred
• Highly organized, creative, hands-on, and solutions-driven
