Job Overview

Support the Regional Manager with operations, leasing, and financial performance across a commercial property portfolio. Assist with budgets, PBL tracking, vendor contracts, capital projects, compliance, and tenant communications. Coordinate with on-site property managers and maintenance teams as needed. Travel required: day/month for site visits.

• Must have 1+ years relevant commercial real estate experience
• Strong financial/analytical skills
• Excellent organizational ability
