Job Description

A fast-growing B2B company is hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead a top-performing outside sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong base salary and unlimited upside through team-based commissions.


Your Role:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a driven field sales team
  • Lead outbound efforts and drive new business growth
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and coach for results
  • Partner with execs on go-to-market and territory strategy
  • Own the full sales funnel — from pipeline to close


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years managing B2B sales teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations
  • Clear communicator, hands-on leader, results-driven mindset
  • Strategic yet comfortable in the field
  • Real estate or energy sector experience is a plus
