The Role

This is a relationship-driven sales role, perfect for someone who knows how to win trust, deliver value, and foster strong client partnerships.

You will be the frontline representative of Format Press, responsible for finding, winning, and growing accounts.

Unlike transactional sales, this position focuses on understanding client needs, crafting customized solutions, and positioning Format Press as a trusted advisor.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution while driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship management.


What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Proven success selling service-based products, not just one-off jobs.
  • Experience managing accounts, especially chain and corporate accounts.
  • Track record of accounts purchasing multiple items and services.
  • Ability to win new business through industry shows, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Experience landing and growing accounts virtually via Zoom, phone, and email.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge or experience is a strong plus.

  • Independent and resourceful, yet open to coaching and following established systems.
  • Tactful communicator with strong social awareness — you know when and how to engage.
  • Sharp, articulate, and personable, inspiring confidence in every interaction.
  • A natural relationship-builder with a genuine interest in client success.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
  • Willing and able to travel to shows, conferences, and client locations as needed.

Work Setup

  • Primarily in-office, with hybrid/remote options available for the right candidate.
  • Initial training sessions will be conducted in-house.
