Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with contractors, developers, and construction companies
• Conduct office and site visits to identify opportunities
• Present full-service construction solutions (demolition, rubbish removal, laborers, container services)
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (construction industry a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with cold calling and site visits
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within NYC metro area

Compensation
