The Role

You will lead and scale a motivated sales team while playing a hands-on role in the field — coaching reps, supporting key opportunities, and ensuring high-performance execution. This role blends strategy and execution: building structure, developing talent, and creating a repeatable and measurable sales engine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Recruit, onboard, and elevate sales talent
  • Build and refine a scalable sales strategy and repeatable sales process
  • Drive new business and support high-value opportunities
  • Ensure strong pipeline management and CRM accuracy
  • Track and improve performance metrics (calls, meetings, proposals, wins)
  • Share field and market insights with leadership
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, dashboards, and reporting
