Role Overview

We’re seeking a licensed School Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide emotional and behavioral support to elementary-aged students, partner with teachers and related service providers, and work closely with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and create support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goals
• Partner with teachers, therapists, and administrators
• Communicate with families and provide guidance
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• MSW required; LMSW or LCSW license
• Experience with elementary-aged students (special ed preferred)
• Strong understanding of child development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
