Sales Manager – Kosher Beverage Division (NYC Tri-State Area)
We are a well-established beverage manufacturer that has recently launched a line of strictly kosher–certified beverage products. As we expand our footprint in the kosher market, we are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead growth across the NYC tri-state area.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, understands the kosher retail landscape, and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive all sales KPIs for the kosher beverage line in the NYC tri-state area
- Develop and expand relationships with kosher supermarkets, specialty stores, distributors, and key accounts
- Actively prospect, open, and manage new retail accounts
- Maintain strong in-store presence through regular store visits, merchandising, and relationship management
- Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, promotions, and growth initiatives
- Represent the brand professionally in the market
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kosher retail food or beverage sales (CPG)
- Established book of kosher retail customers and industry relationships
- Comfortable being on the road most of the time – this is a highly field-based role
- Self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Compensation
- $80,000 base salary
- Exceptional performance-based bonus structure
