About Us
Tri State Solar Services is a fast-growing solar company helping homeowners lower their electric bills and switch to clean, renewable energy. We’re expanding our residential sales team and looking for motivated, confident professionals who are ready to knock doors, start conversations, and close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through door knocking, cold calling, and referrals
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar
- Present and sell solar systems and lease options
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the decision process
- Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using a computer/CRM
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (within your 40-hour schedule)
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and organized
- Prior sales experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation (required)
