About Us

Tri State Solar Services is a rapidly growing solar company helping businesses reduce operating costs and transition to clean, renewable energy. We are expanding our commercial sales division and seeking ambitious, confident professionals who are ready to develop relationships, open doors, and close high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and door-to-door outreach
  • Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers
  • Present and sell commercial solar system solutions
  • Analyze client needs and position solar as a financial and operational benefit
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track activity using a computer/CRM
  • Represent the company professionally in the field
  • Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (within your 40-hour schedule)

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable with professional prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Prior sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable transportation (required)
