About Us
Tri State Solar Services is a fast-growing company focused on commercial solar operations and maintenance. We help businesses protect and maximize the performance of their solar investments. We’re building a motivated sales team and looking for confident, driven professionals who are excited to win new customers and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling and door knocking
- Identify and pursue commercial solar service opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
- Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities using a computer/CRM
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends (within your 40-hour schedule)
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face selling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and organized
- Prior sales experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation (required)
