Location: One hour north of NYC, In office Full time


Salary: $200,000+


We are seeking a high-impact VP of Sales to lead and scale our national sales organization in the packaging and manufacturing industry. This is a leadership role for someone with real drive, energy, and passion for building winning teams, growing revenue, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who knows how to motivate people, develop talent, open major accounts, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead, manage, and grow the sales organization across multiple markets and channels
  2. Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales managers and sales representatives
  3. Build a culture focused on accountability, urgency, execution, and results
  4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth
  5. Expand relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
  6. Analyze sales performance metrics and improve team effectiveness
  7. Work closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure strong customer execution
  8. Create scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, and pipeline management
  9. Drive both new business development and long-term account growth



Requirements

  1. Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams
  2. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop people
  3. Highly driven, competitive, and performance-oriented mindset
  4. Experience in manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or related industries preferred
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  6. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  7. Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
