Overview
The RMA Coordinator makes sure returns are handled quickly, accurately, and with the right paperwork in place. This role is about staying organized, keeping everyone updated, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for anything related to RMAs, customers, vendors, and our team.
- Ensure all returns have the correct documentation and chain of custody.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and carriers to get products returned, inspected, and processed.
- Keep records updated in our systems (Monday.com, SellerCloud, Power BI, etc.).
- Send weekly reports on open/closed RMAs, including refund amounts, and flag issues or patterns that need attention.
- Take ownership of short ships, overages, and damage claims. Ensuring they are documented, tracked, and resolved promptly.
- Suggest and implement ways to improve the RMA process.
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple tasks without letting things slip.
- Clear and professional communicator (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in systems/software.
- Team player, puts the company first.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
