As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative / Account Manager to help grow our customer base and develop long-term relationships within the healthcare industry.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, commission-only opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of their territory, develop their own sales strategy, establish KPI goals, and actively pursue new business through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and relationship building.

This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into a salaried position with bonuses as business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
    Identify decision-makers and build relationships with administrators, purchasing managers, directors of nursing, and healthcare executives.
    Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    Prospect and convert new healthcare accounts.
  • Account Management
    Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
    Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
    Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding products and services.
    Retain and grow existing accounts.
  • Sales Execution
    Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
    Develop and track your own KPI metrics, including:
    Calls made
    Meetings scheduled
    Facility visits completed
    Proposals submitted
    New accounts opened
    Revenue generated
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Market Development
    Research local healthcare markets and identify opportunities for growth.
    Attend networking events, industry conferences, and healthcare-related meetings when applicable.
    Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
