The Opportunity
As an Account Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our B2B customers. You'll be paired with a Senior Account Representative and share responsibility for a portfolio of customers. You'll manage smaller accounts independently while also serving as the operational backbone of the team by processing orders, managing customer communications, and handling day-to-day activities that keep accounts running smoothly. Your senior partner will oversee larger, more complex accounts and provide guidance and support whenever needed. For someone who is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong customer connections, this role offers meaningful ownership, long-term relationships, and a supportive team environment.

What You Will Own

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned B2B accounts and serve as the primary contact for day-to-day customer needs.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Process and manage orders accurately while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers to maintain relationships, identify reorder opportunities, and anticipate future needs.
  • Resolve product, order, and delivery issues through internal coordination and clear customer communication.
  • Provide product guidance and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information within CRM systems.
  • Partner closely with Senior Account Representatives and internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and fulfillment.


What We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience in B2B customer service, account support, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or order management systems.
  • Ability to work full-time in-office in Boro Park, Brooklyn.


Nice to Have
  • Experience with packaging products or a related industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.


Compensation and Time Off
Salary: $60000 - $70000 annually, paid weekly.
