Olami Mentorship is a global initiative that connects Jewish students and young professionals with accomplished mentors across industries. Through meaningful relationships, learning, and shared values, we empower mentees to grow professionally and personally.

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and sales-driven recruiter to grow our mentee program and expand our reach and mentee base!

We're looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in sales, recruitment, or business development
• Strong people's person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and executing networking events

Work Location: NYC and one day weekly in Clifton, NJ.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Starting at $80k + incentives, salary commensurate with experience.
