Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome showroom clients and understand their project needs and goals
- Guide homeowners, designers, and contractors through product selections and decisions
- Explain kitchen, bathroom, tile, vanity, flooring, and related product options clearly and professionally
- Manage the sales process from inquiry through follow-up, closing, ordering, and completion
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, active opportunities, and current clients
- Track pipeline activity, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and strengthen client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, pickups, vendor communication, and project updates
- Communicate client requirements clearly across departments
- Follow the company’s sales process while keeping clients informed and supported throughout the project
Qualifications:- Strong sales ability with a client-focused and relationship-driven approach
- Strong communication skills with a professional and personable style
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and follow-ups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working full-time in a showroom environment
Preferred:- 1–3+ years of sales experience
- Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
- Experience reading CAD drawings or measurements is a strong plus
- Zoho CRM experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
