Job Title: AVP of Sales

Location: Williamsburg or Crown Heights

Compensation: 100-120k plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of outbound Loan Officers
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, lead conversion, and outbound calling
• Drive team performance through clear sales metrics, training, and accountability
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies
• Foster a high-energy, competitive, and supportive team culture
• Collaborate with training and compliance teams to support licensing and onboarding
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates to continuously improve results
• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance check-ins
• Serve as a motivator and role model for ethical, consistent sales behavior

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or sales leadership
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing salespeople
• Strong communication and motivational skills
