 Sales Representative – Tech Solutions for Commercial Real Estate

What You’ll Do:
- Sell smart building tech to commercial property owners and managers
 - Prospect via phone, in-person visits, and networking
 - Manage relationships across your assigned territory
 - Track your pipeline and activity in a CRM
 - Work closely with the sales manager and wider team
 
What You Bring:
- 1–5 years of sales experience (inside or outside)
 - Experience with CRM and lead tracking tools
 - A strong work ethic, great communication, and the drive to close deals
 - Experience in commercial or multifamily real estate? Big plus
