About the Role:
We're hiring a Marketer responsible for building and nurturing relationships with healthcare facilities, and local professionals going βdoor to doorβ to generate qualified leads for our services. This person will not sell directly to prospects, but rather work to drive steady, high-quality referrals that convert into paying clients. Youβll be a face of our organization in the field β passionate, personable, and highly relationship-driven.
π Core Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key referral sources.
- Schedule and attend outreach meetings, presentations, and in-service luncheons.
- Host and attend networking events, conferences, or educational seminars.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the value of our services.
- Track referral activity and lead flow using our CRM & tracking system.
- Provide consistent follow-up and communication to referral sources.
- Report on referral trends, conversion data, and opportunities for growth.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A natural networker β easily likeable, outgoing, trustworthy, and professional.
- Experience in community outreach, business development, or referral marketing.
- Comfortable working independently, managing a local territory or network.
- Knowledge of Medicaid/healthcare or prior experience working with your target referral base is a strong plus.

- Familiarity using CRM systems to track and follow up with network.
This is a field-based role that requires daily travel. Candidates must have access to a reliable personal vehicle. All work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed.
