A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst to join its expanding Data & Analytics team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive real operational, clinical, and financial decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
  • Analyze healthcare and EHR data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop KPIs, semantic data models, and reporting frameworks
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and support light ETL/data pipelines
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, executive, and IT teams
  • Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical teams

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
  • 4+ years of BI/Data Analytics experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong SQL and Power BI skills
  • Experience with APIs, scripting languages (Python/R), and data modeling
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure, Fabric, Purview, or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Git
  • Experience with EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or Office Practicum
  • Knowledge of UDS reporting and healthcare metrics
