We are seeking a Full-Time Security personnel for Boro Rug & Carpet located on 12 Ave and 37 St. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on Fridays during July and August.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Prevent theft and ensure safety of the property.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance to customers and employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
