Summer Child Mentor Positions (CFTSS)

Now onboarding Child Mentors for the upcoming summer season, with opportunities to continue into the school year. This is one-on-one, activity-based work with children — ideal for someone looking for structured, part-time summer hours.

What the role involves:

• Spending time with a child through activities, outings, and routines
• Providing consistency, structure, and positive support
• Helping build communication and social skills
• Completing notes after each session

Schedule:

• Primarily afternoon sessions
• Additional hours may be available during summer ramp-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience working with children (camp, school, tutoring, etc.)
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable with basic documentation (session notes)
• High school diploma or higher

Initial training provided before starting.
