Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Director with a deep understanding of Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketplace accounts, ensuring account health, and optimizing inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of energy to drive our ecommerce success.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage our Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, ensuring optimal account health and performance.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels on Amazon and Walmart, leveraging Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) for effective replenishment.
• Fee Management: Utilize knowledge of Amazon and Walmart fees to manage costs and maximize profitability.
• Repricing Strategies: Implement and manage repricer software to optimize pricing and competitiveness.
• Tool Utilization: Effectively use SellerCloud for order management and other related functions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of ecommerce professionals to achieve business goals.
• Delegation: Delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining oversight of overall performance.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze data, generate reports, and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, including account health, FBA, WFS, and inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Excel and Power BI, and proficiency in using repricer software and SellerCloud.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate others.
• Energy and Motivation: High energy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve exceptional results.
• Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
