A Lakewood, NJ Amazon company is hiring an admin assistant to help in their back office. Job includes speaking with potential buyers, sales orders, purchase orders, confirming inventory, invoicing, and creating Excel sheets. Candidate must have at least 6 months of prior Amazon back office experience. Looking for someone very computer savvy and comfortable using Excel. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
