What You'll Do:

·              Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our customers.

·              Ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and accurately.

·              Handle receiving duties, including accepting, checking, and organizing incoming shipments.

·              Help keep our day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled machine.

·              Provide general administrative support to contribute to the team’s success.

Who You Are:

·    You have a positive work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

·    You are highly organized and attentive to detail.

·    You have great phone etiquette and strong writing skills.

·    You are comfortable with computers and technology.

·    Amazon experience a plus

·         1 year of customer service or office environment experience preferred.
