Job Social Media Intern (Part-Time, ~20 Hours/Week)
Location: Corporate Office in Mahwah, NJ (On-Site)
Pay: $16 per hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Intern to join our team part-time. This role involves creating engaging short-form video content, staying up-to-date with social media trends, and contributing fresh ideas to boost our online presence. Responsibilities include shooting and editing video content on-site using mobile-friendly tools like CapCut, monitoring social media trends, and supporting follower engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and stay current with social media trends, pop culture moments, and relevant hashtags.
Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content aligned with the brand’s voice.
Use CapCut or similar mobile editing tools to create visually engaging videos.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages as needed.
Track and report content performance to optimize future posts.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Proficiency in CapCut or similar editing apps.
Interest in storytelling and visually engaging content creation.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and bring fresh ideas.
Preferred:
Prior experience in content creation or social media (internships, projects, or personal content).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics to assess performance.
