Job Description

About the Role

We are a large Amazon seller that owns and operates multiple in-house brands. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to fully own the performance of our products on Amazon.

Your primary responsibility will be day-to-day PPC optimization and driving organic ranking growth through strong listing optimization and keyword strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Amazon.


Key Responsibilities

Amazon PPC (Primary Focus)

  • Own daily optimization of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Keyword research, harvesting, and negative management
  • Bid, budget, and placement optimization (Top of Search focus)
  • Analyze performance using key metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CVR, CTR, CPC)
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling inefficiencies

Organic Ranking & Growth

  • Develop and execute keyword ranking strategies
  • Coordinate PPC, listing optimization, and promotions to drive organic lift
  • Monitor keyword rank and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Support launches and relaunches with ranking-focused execution

Listing Optimization

  • Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
  • Improve conversion rate through content, images, and A+ recommendations
  • Ensure listings are always optimized for high-intent keywords

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Track performance at the ASIN and brand level
  • Identify opportunities for growth and areas of wasted spend
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
  • Proven ability to drive organic ranking improvements
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword strategy
  • Experience managing multiple ASINs and/or brands
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter who can fully own outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing 7-figure+ Amazon brands
  • Familiarity with Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance
  • Experience with product launches and ranking strategies
