About the Role
A growing E-commerce Company is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, and manage our customer service platform to deliver a consistently great experience across phone and email.
Compensation
Compensation is 55000–65000 and will be commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Process and track orders, proactively communicating updates or delays
- Manage helpdesk tickets, workflows, and customer records
- Build lasting customer relationships by resolving issues thoroughly and following up
What We're Looking For- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a helpdesk or CRM platform is a plus
- Prior customer service or order management experience preferred
