About the Role

A growing E-commerce Company is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, and manage our customer service platform to deliver a consistently great experience across phone and email.

Compensation

Compensation is 55000–65000 and will be commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
  • Process and track orders, proactively communicating updates or delays
  • Manage helpdesk tickets, workflows, and customer records
  • Build lasting customer relationships by resolving issues thoroughly and following up


What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a helpdesk or CRM platform is a plus
  • Prior customer service or order management experience preferred


Work Setup

Hybrid role combining remote flexibility with scheduled in-office days.
