A Lakewood, NJ e-commerce company is hiring an executive assistant. Job includes assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and projects, creating Amazon listings, setting up systems and processes, and speaking with vendors. Looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is highly dependable, and enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities to help the business succeed. Looking for someone with prior executive assistant experience or experience working in an e-commerce company. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
