Job Social Media Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Description:
Lead all things digital for an ABA therapy organization supporting children with autism. You’re a strategist, creator, and storyteller who lives online—and knows that wit wins attention.
Responsibilities:
Produce scroll-stopping short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and more.
Grow and manage multi-channel social presence with witty, on-brand voice.
Plan and run brand campaigns and ambassador programs.
Engage in relevant communities, groups, and forums to build awareness.
Leverage AI tools for concepting, editing, and content acceleration.
Support recruiting through LinkedIn and targeted outreach.
Qualifications:
Proven social media management and content creation experience.
Deep fluency in trends, sounds, and platform best practices.
Camera-ready with confident on-screen presence and community savvy.
Strong storytelling, video editing, and AI-assisted content skills.
Balance creative spark with data-driven brand goals.
Genuine passion for using social media to make a positive impact—witty a must.
