Square Trade Group Electronics Distributors is hiring for an Inventory Reconciliation position. We are seeking a detail-oriented person with spreadsheet experience to reconcile and report on inventory discrepancies for wholesale and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Verifying invoices and PODs against purchases and shipments
• Flagging and recording missing purchase records for items received, and shortages or damages on items ordered
• Reviewing outbound shipments and recording claims for items not delivered
• Compiling inventory quantity by site reports in Excel and Google Sheets and verifying totals against purchases, shipments, and sales

Requirements

• Experience with spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented

Work Hours

Flexible Lakewood Hours, Closed Chol Hamoed.

Location

In-Office on Swarthmore Ave, Lakewood, NJ.
