- Initiate contact with affluent individuals seeking premium homecare services.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with social workers and key healthcare stakeholders in targeted facilities.
- Gather essential information to kickstart the onboarding process for private pay homecare services.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our premium services and address preliminary queries.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for qualified clients.
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate with a keen interest in sales and business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Open to candidates without prior experience; training provided.
- Preferred age range: Young professionals.
Please note this role has a starting salary of $50,000 and you have the possibility to earn more based off performance. This role does require travel on a day-to-day basis in Manhattan to create relationships, you must be willing to travel if you're applying for this position. The company office is located in Brooklyn.
