Psychiatrist
Only Connect, a fast growing mental health company, is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist who is licensed in New York, and any other states a plus, to join our team of psychologists, social workers, mental health clinicians and marriage and family therapists who provide therapy, evaluations and testing to a broad range of clients.

The responsibilities include a mix of patient care, clinical supervision, team building, and training of psychiatric providers, as well as collaborating with the existing team of psychotherapy clinicians to provide integrated, seamless
mental health care from evaluation and diagnostics, through prescription and treatment monitoring, to input and feedback with the therapy providing practitioners.
Job Description:
• Seeking an individual who can oversee and tend to the clients of a fast growing mental health company that combines psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services for clients aged 18+
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable training and supervising a team of psychiatric practitioners. This is a leadership track position with the potential to be promoted to head a skilled team of psychiatric providers
• 1099 contractor position
• Remote work
• Flexible hours: minimum 20 hours building to 35 hours a week
• Compensation is commensurate with experience, licensure, hour availability, training and supervisory experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Experience working with clients who are treatment resistant to first line medications, specifically those struggling with depression, anxiety, and OCD
• Must be skilled at prescription when first line drugs are ineffective and able to identify effective drug combinations and titrations
• Experience with Ketamine treatments and other second line treatments a plus
Preference given to candidates who specialize in women’s health issues including, postpartum depression, infertility struggles, PCOS and menopause.
• Must have experience in supervising NP’s, interns and PA’s
• Must have experience in training, mentoring and team building
• Additional state Licensure a plus with preference given to Florida, New Jersey, and California (in that order)

Salary: From $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
