About JGO: The Jewish Grad Organization (JGO) is a dynamic organization dedicated to enriching the experience of Jewish graduate students on over 130 campuses. We provide support through Jewish programming, funding initiatives, and access to speakers across various professions and specialties.


Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Executive Directors of our non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Executive Directors, including
  • scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and managed effectively.
  • Compose and edit professional correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize the Executive Director's files and records with the support of the
  • Development Team.
  • Ability to take on small projects or tasks when needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Directors and other staff, board members, and external donors.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour DOE. Up to 40 hours per week.
