A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a customer service representative. Job includes conducting monthly check-in calls to their clients to ensure their child is getting proper services. Looking for someone with great attention to detail and with excellent communication and phone skills. Candidate must be intuitive to ask the right questions. Training will be provided. Job includes a lot of data entry. Experience with HCBS services is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9:30 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12/1 pm
