Position Overview:
As the Sales Leader, you will have full ownership of the sales function within the company. You will be responsible for overseeing sales teams for both residential and commercial sectors, driving motivation, ensuring accountability, and fostering a growth-focused environment. Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is advantageous. Your role will entail creating a positive customer experience, analyzing market trends, and adapting to changes swiftly. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the company’s sales function.
Lead and manage sales teams for residential and commercial sales.
Motivate sales teams to achieve targets and drive growth.
Implement strategies to enhance sales team performance and accountability.
Foster a growth-minded culture within the sales team.
Utilize EOS knowledge, if available, to streamline operations and drive results.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales.
Strong motivational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is advantageous.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends.
Adaptability to react to changes in the market.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in residential and commercial sales is preferred.
