Overview:

Bloom's Kosher is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing sales inventory, collaborating with store managers to strategize promotions, and ensuring optimal product positioning on shelves. Additionally, this position involves forecasting seasonal needs to maintain adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales Inventory Management:

• ·        Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
• ·        Coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
• ·        Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

2.      Collaboration with Store Managers:

• ·        Work closely with Store managers to develop promotional strategies.
• ·        Discuss product positioning and presentation to maximize sales potential.
• ·        Provide support and assistance during promotional events or special campaigns.

3.      Product Positioning and Shelf Management:

• ·        Arrange products on shelves to optimize visibility and sales.
• ·        Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced.
• ·        Implement merchandising techniques to attract customer attention and encourage purchases.

4.      Forecasting and Seasonal Planning:

• ·        Analyze sales trends and forecast demand based on seasonal variations.
• ·        Adjust inventory levels and ordering schedules to accommodate seasonal fluctuations.
• ·        Anticipate customer preferences and adjust product offerings accordingly.

5.      Early Morning Shifts:

• ·        Start work as early as 4 AM to ensure timely setup and preparation.
• ·        Execute merchandising tasks efficiently to meet morning deadlines.
• ·        Maintain a high level of energy and focus during early morning shifts.

Qualifications:

• ·        Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or related field preferred.
• ·        Strong organizational and time management skills.
• ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ·        Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• ·        Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends if necessary.
