A large Lakewood, NJ real estate company is hiring a sales support representative to oversee the sales representatives. Job involves overseeing the operations and backend work for the company's clients and providing real support to the sales representatives with each step of the way. Candidate will have to know each client's needs and tailor the support accordingly. Looking for a confident individual with a backbone; someone with excellent communication skills and detail oriented with at least 5 years of prior office experience in any field. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
