We are an established, family owned real estate business, looking for a strategic, data-driven Hotel Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimization efforts across all segments and distribution channels. This role is responsible for maximizing room revenue, occupancy, and profitability through strategic pricing, effective inventory control, and demand forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue across all distribution channels.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal performance data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage daily inventory and rate decisions using Channel Manager tools.
• Prepare and present regular revenue performance reports, forecasts, and budgets to key stakeholders.
• Ensure rate parity and accuracy across booking platforms.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align strategies.
• Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for rooms and other revenue streams.
• Monitor group and transient business mix to ensure optimal profitability.
• Optimize channel mix to reduce distribution costs and drive direct bookings.
• Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities during need periods or high-demand events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of hotel operations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
