Our Financial Advisors and Representatives work with clients to help them define and achieve their financial goals by providing insurance, investment and wealth management solutions.

Advisors are paid through commissions and bonuses. The Average compensation range for our advisors is:

•Year 1 | $80,000 - $100,000

•Year 3 | $103,000 - $202,000

•Year 5 | $139,000 - $289,000

•Year 10 | $234,000 - $490,000

Average first-year income: $80,000-$100,000
