Job Description
The Administrative Assistant assists with the day-to-day administrative details relating to their assigned program(s) and/or department.
General Functions
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate employee
- Assists with clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)
- Data entry
- Assists with maintenance and organization of files
- Answering phone calls regarding specific responsibilities
- Initial contact for all applicant inquiries
- Follow up on all applicant leads
- Assists in marketing and advertising campaign
