Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper | Construction Firm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support our growing construction company.
Responsibilities:
Banking & Transactions: Record bank/card transactions, track receipts, and follow up on missing receipts.
Vendor & Labor: Process labor invoices, confirm billed hours, and maintain invoice records.
Payroll: Verify labor logs, record office/manager hours, and process payroll.
General Support: Perform reconciliations, ensure compliance, improve financial systems, coordinate with vendors, and assist with office tasks.
Requirements:
Full-time position
Proven bookkeeping experience
Strong QuickBooks knowledge
Excellent organization and time management
Highly detail-oriented and proactive
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
