Job Description

We are seeking a Junior or Senior Designer.

Designer's requirements and skill would include but are not limited to:

- understanding our community's children's fashion market

- experience in the market and design

- trend and market research / forecasting

- hand sketching skills a must

- understanding basic garment construction

- ability to apply knowledge to match our customer's needs

Candidate should be reliable, a self starter, team player, and work well under pressure efficiently. Positive energy is a must.

We are looking for someone serious, willing to grow with us long term and not just as a stepping stone in the industry.

Job may entail assisting in photoshoots, styling, as well as in Sales if need be.

Goal is for this designer to manage and design many designs per season from inception to completion.

Location: Must be in-house (Brooklyn,11219), not offering a remote option.

We are flexible with either full time or a 3 day week, willing to discuss based on credentials.

Salary range: $25-45 hourly
