Job Description
We are a Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day functions of yeshivas, day schools and kollelim across the country.
With over 30 organizations, we are expanding and looking to fill the position of Bookkeeper.
Position:
- Oversee regular bookkeeping functions for a group of schools/organizations.
- Manage cash flow, budgets and bank accounts to instruct and report on day-to-day matters
- Work closely with your account managers, accounts payable and other teams, to provide high level updates to clients.
- Opportunity to grow into role of account manager.
Candidate should be/have:
- Knowledgeable and experienced with accounting principles as well as a knack for numbers and spreadsheets.
- Conscientious and organized, capable of multi-tasking at a high level, while remaining efficient and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be used with internal team and for communication with school leaders
- Pleasant people’s person, who will enjoy working with a variety of people including professional staff and vendors.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years work experience in bookkeeping
- Good grasp of QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Sheets.
Hours: 25-35 remote, set hours per week. Must be available American hours.
