Sales/Account Manager

Job Description

A fire safety company that provides inspection and maintenance to commercial fire safety equipment and supplies is hiring a Sales Rep/Account Manager to manage existing accounts and develop new accounts in the Baltimore/Washington corridor. 


Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiate develop, and close sales.
  • Initiate sales process by building relationships and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and services. 
  • Create estimates by conferring with Fire Safety Engineers, assessing fees and submitting sales proposals. 
  • Close sales, schedule service, and oversee technicians until service is complete. 
  • Maintain customer relationship management software and proactively reach out to customers to schedule service when annual inspections are due.
