Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Charge client credit cards, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure all invoices are paid on time.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Track and manage company expenses, ensuring all bills are paid promptly.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements to maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Tracking: Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure all data is up to date.
Requirements
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
