We are a Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day functions of yeshivas, day schools and kollelim across the country.

We are expanding and looking to fill the position of Fractional CFO

Overview:

As a Fractional CFO, you will work closely with our teams and school leadership to enhance financial decision-making, improve reporting structures, and implement strategic financial planning.

This role is ideal for experienced financial professionals who excel at analyzing finances, optimizing budgets, guiding long-term fiscal health and are passionate about helping Klal Yisrael.

Position:

• Provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring schools maintain fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Develop and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
• Optimize financial/reporting structures, cash flow management, and expense controls.
• Assist with financial planning, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Partner with school administrators and boards to improve financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Candidate should be/have:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior financial leader, preferably in education, nonprofit, or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess financial health and recommend solutions.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to advise school administrators and boards.
• Experience with tuition management, fundraising, and grant reporting is a plus.

Hours: 30-40 remote, set hours per week, with availability to travel throughout the year. Must be located in America
